Oteishan: Ghazi Algosaibi Award for the best and promising facility.. it’s a pioneering step for the development of small and medium enterprises
The Chamber announced that the fifth edition of the prize (Dr. Ghazi Algosaibi best promising facility 2014), organized by the Chamber of representative in the development of small and medium enterprises will be given this year at the annual reception for the Chamber, to be held later this year. The President Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-otaishan said that the award this year will be awarded to 15 promising facility, three of five sectors have been selected for this Edition: (Support industries and light construction, maintenance, operation, and food production and animal husbandry, sports and recreation, business services).
Otaishan noted that the Centre for the development of small and medium enterprises over the past two weeks has seen high demand by those who wish to participate in the entrepreneurs in the region, underlines the importance of the award to the small and medium enterprises, he said that the award is sponsored by the Chamber's small and medium enterprise support seeks to achieve a number of objectives including containment initiatives, and encourage owners to convert their initiatives into profitable projects, and then activate the role played by small and medium enterprises support And stimulate the national economy in General and the economy of the eastern region in particular, and the Chamber through this award to raise awareness among owners of small and medium enterprises and motivate them to provide better quality levels, by promoting the concept of the owners of these enterprises and encourage creativity and innovation and renewal, and to get them to play a greater role in instilling the concept of induction in logic.
Otaishan said that the Prize Committee had adopted on the nomination and selection of the winning installations several criteria: (strategic goals, market knowledge, human resources, quality, information systems, application localization, creativity and innovation).
